The concept of a "burger" is that for most of the world including the UK, the kind of bread decides the name. So if you use bread slices, it's a sandwich. If you use buns, it's a burger. In America, beef patty with the buns makes a burger. Everything else between any kind of bread is a sandwich.

Being a coeliac sufferer. 99.995% of what you cover I can not have. I use to like Burger King chicken royal and the Mac 1/4 pounder. There was no KFC within 40 miles of where I live so not really experienced it before I was diagnosed. Nice to watch and get your reactions. Really like the food tours. The GF gumbo looked wonderful.

As a kid in the early 2000’s I loved KFC’s kid’s meal. It came in a cardboard laptop-style box with mashed potatoes and some gravy on top, popcorn chicken, a fruit roll up and a small kid’s drink. It was enough for me as a kid and if they still had it I’d probably go to KFC.

If there’s a next time that Harry visits California in general, and assuming he hadn’t tried In n Out Burgers yet, I want him to try out the “Secret Menu” items (like the Flying Dutchman, “Light Well” Fries, 4x4, Neapolitan shake, etc) ala Food Tours style just so that he can try the food fresh and hear his thoughts on the secret menu items on whether they add or detract from the experience. Also curious on what Joe thinks of the secret menu food too 😬 The one thing I miss about KFC is the UNIQUE potato wedges they used to offer back then… it looked and tasted different enough from the other fast food chains, but oh well…

The recipe is completely different, they're ALWAYS soggy and nasty and the seasoning they now throw on to make them "better" isn't even that good and often clumps up into nasty globs because of how soggy the fries are. They shouldn't have even been put in C tier they are F tier.

We absolutely do have wing pieces as part of the regular line up of pieces, and they are hands down the most disappointing piece of chicken you can get as you get hardly any meat - just the wing with a little nugget of breast meat attached. They delight in giving you one when you order a single piece of chicken to go with a meal

Those UK dipped bites are a traditional offering from cooked meat stalls in English markets. They are quite popular for workers grabbing a lunch in town while shopping on their lunch break or as something to take home for an evening meal so you don't have to cook. The Rice Boxes I think are designed for people ordering delivery at home or at work to make them feel like they are having a more balanced lunch. We had an independent place near our work that did similar meal boxes. To the US cake, Dominos pizza in Canada does a similar cake.

drums are way way better than hotwings, and you do get wings in uk in original and its usualy the whole wing not just wing drum, personally im not a fan of hotwings but buy em when the double buckets available for guests, althu i really hate it when you order 6 pieces and 3 of em are wings

I will tell you, KFC gravy is made from the scrapings when you filter the oil from the fryers. You scape it, let it drain of oil, then add the extra gravy mix and water.

I don't know what your studio capabilities are but could we ever get a Frozen Pizza or Frozen Entree Meal comparison? I'm sure these wouldn't be a direct comparison video with brands but I do love seeing the cultural differences between the US and the UK when it comes to food. I've also discovered Jersey Mike's in the last year and they've completely taken over in my life as far as sub sandwiches are concerned. GOODBYE SUBWAY! If possible, I'd like to see the Harry and Joe's takes on them. Or even a possible sub sandwich food war between the similar companies (Subway, Jersey Mike's, Erbert and Gerberts, Jimmy Johns, ect..) similar to how you've compared different fast food burgers in the past.

Actually, they are wrong on the chocolate chip cookie American k. FC does have a chocolate chip. Cookie also just ours is a prepackage. It's chocolate chip cookie that you just grab. The leg, grab it from the calendar whatever and? But yes, we do actually have chocolate chip cookies. Harry being extremely generous with the ratings for kfc, best thing on the menu chicken wise is the wings they are b tier, the rest of them are more towards d and e tier, thighs may be close to c but the rest bin them, other than the rice box i wouldnt put anything above c tier. Fries you only get a child's portion but even they aren't even nice.

As a Brit who has been to the US and visited 6 different states and tried alot of fast food. yes... comparatively it's awful for you and that goes for alot of things over there buuut it tastes so good and the chains we share have always been a step above over there. There was some that was too much, but overall good tasting food despite the ingredients. Wheras in the UK fast food is a hit or miss on wether its gonna be good or just something to eat so you're not hungry.

KFC chips are so shit with the seasoning they used I have to always remember to ask them to make them unseasoned. I agree with harry pretty much on the ranking of the original recipe chicken and kfcs burgers are pretty decent if you add ketchup to it especially the zinger burger.
