First time on Autobahn as a tourist and get passed in 250-300 Km/h You’ll crap your pants. I work as a freelance bus driver driving all over Europe. Germany is my absolute favourite place to drive. Due to good education and the high speed there are very few drivers sleeping behind the wheel. Traffic flows like nowhere else. Until you end up in Stau. Traffic jam. A proper Stau can be gone in five minutes or in two hours. But when in stau all drivers leaves an emergency lane in the middle of the road. And nobody breaks the emergency lane. I love the discipline and attention of German drivers!

But the Indian Food is one of the very Best Kitchens on this Earth, it's touched my Heart ... with a lot of very tasty Influences to other Countries, too, and helped them to put them into their own Specialities! And Peri-Peri is great - I love it, and I think the Portuguese took this back Home from India to the South of Portugal and named it "Piri-Piri"... easy to check! It means: hot, really "hot", and because I'm used to it is for me one of the WHOOW Foods in the Kitchen! KFC has gotten so expensive in New York City that I can’t buy it anymore. Popeyes is actually a little bit cheaper. But what I did was I bribed a KFC employee (Go in the summer when the students are working there) and they sold me a 2 pound bag of the secret seasoning. You can sprinkle that stuff on anything and it taste like KFC, even supermarket frozen fried chicken! Fantastic on vegetables, fish, popcorn! My question is, what happened to the string beans? KFC had them, Popeyes had them, and then suddenly they were gone. At our local KFC and Popeyes, you can’t get any vegetables other than coleslaw, which is drowning in mayo.
