If they wanted to make this more aestheticly pleasing, they would take the chocolate (white, dark & milk chocolate) put it on the Cubs ahead of time and put it in the freezer and then whenever they're about to serve it they just pull the prepared cups out of the freezer and then pour the hot cocoa right inside the cup and it would give a different dimension of sensation with a cold cup the cold chocolate mixing with a very hot hot chocolate.

For people who say this is just melted chocolate: no it's not. The thickness comes mostly from starch and perhaps cream if they used that, and only a part of it comes from the chocolate itself. It's essentially a hotter and thinner version of a decadent chocolate pudding. It's not going to set like a chocolate bar, and it's mostly milk like any hot chocolate.
