Why don't we see more NZ anglers fishing at night with mouse patterns? Is it not legal?

Pretty simple answer - you don't see kiwi anglers fishing at night cause it's dark. Hard to film at night unless using night vision. That, plus personally I don't enjoy fishing at night anywhere near as much during the day, as I'm a visual person and love the sights, sounds and sun.
