That looks like a fascinating book. I love books that delve so deeply into subjects like that. I've made strawberry shrub before. It was good (but tart!). It reminded me of a fruity version of kombucha.

Oooooh, thank you for this video! I don't think acids get enough credit in popular cooking. Not only is it great for most people, but it takes dishes to a whole new level when it's added.
