Explain the wiring in case of two connected ratio provisions, example: 400-200/1-1-1 CT. Explain about S3 connection.

that is the same as 600-300/1-1-1... in your case... 600 is 400 and 300 is 200 all other things are same.

Sir if CT have three ratio for eg 500-800-1000/1A and we are making star on 800 i.e s3 then should we short the other ratio i.e 500 and 1000, s2 and s4 respectively ?

For metering purpose, always consider buss bar side as star pnt , so in this way we will short R1s1,Y1s1,B1s1, why you have shorted termial 2 of RyB phases?
