Sir you said about the creditor also can be declared as insolvent when he is unable to recover it's debts from debtors, but what my doubt is that the debtors may be declared as insolvent in order to avoid commit suicide when they are unable to repay their debts to creditors but why should creditors also to be declared as insolvent just for sake of not able to recover their dues from their debtors?
