How bad was your insomnia and how much have you improved? Currently struggling for the past 2 years with 2-3 hrs of seep accompanied by many sleepless nights.

Thank you so much yes I struggle with multiple Awakenings in the middle of the night I used to be frustrated over but now I just accept it and lay there and meditate I'm no longer fighting the sleep I just accept it thank you for sharing I also took the free course which was excellent
