As I was hearing Tiago describe his journey it hit me that now I have this performance anxiety because i want to speed up my recovery and make tremendous progresss till the end of Dec so i could say this struggle lasted for four years. This and the fact that i shared some progress here and coming across any setbacks scarés me. Education is truly the key and so is being patient i guess. Wonderfully told story by him.

Hello Tiago. While you were undergoing the Immunity program, did you take sleep meds during the bad nights ?

I can’t help but think about the fact that I use to just fall asleep in an instant and wake up the next morning in a blur. It now is I wake up somewhere in the middle of the night and toss and turn and not able to fall back to sleep

It can be soo frustrating when not long ago, sleep wasn't even something we thought about... but you know, your readiness to learn will no doubt lead back to effortless sleep
