I’m a new inspector and I’ve really got to stop watching these videos. It’s costing me a small fortune buying the cool tools I see inspectors using. Just ordered the moisture meter on a stick! Thanks guys for another great learning experience.

Nice job. As a member, I’ve watched so many of these inspections. What would really help is if we got to see the reports that went along with these. A great inspection, having said that I keep seeing the inspector touching the wire in the panel. I know electrician do it all the time but they have much more training.
