I had problem with my control on stearing. The radio unit and cruising control doesn't work after installing it.

that's odd. Re-check your wiring. It should not have affected your cruise controls. As for the audio controls, you will need to program it in the player.

Originally the car comes with J1 oil. And also the Inspira 2.0 gearbox is designed with Mitsubishi CVT J1 oil. However, for better heat dissipation, I recommend a full flush and replace with Mitsubishi CVT J4 oil.

the reverse camera wire come with the player can fit with ori mitsubishi reverse camera wire or need change the adapter

you will need to get an adapter for this. The original mitsubishi reverse camera wire is a socket instead of just bare wire.

Inspira change to GTE touchscreen player, but can't start the car.....what is the problem？CANBUS?

i am not familar with GTE touchscreen player. But the player alone should not cause the car not to start. Who installed it for you? I suspect there is a short in the wiring. Check your fuses if there is any fuse burned.

@@TCsAnythingGoes i change at halfcut shop. They said maybe ETACS problem or need a CANBUS decoder, because if change back to Clarion player everything is okay.

@@俊章-q9h hmmmmm, i won't trust halfcut shops with car wiring as they specialized in removing stuff from the car and not installing them back. It could also mean the GTE player is faulty. Or the GTE player runs a different wiring pinout compared to the older lancers.

This unit came with the wiring adapter for Inspira/Lancer. Generic ones may not. That said, Inspira and Lancer uses the same wiring for the headunit.

Just want to ask. Where do I connect that red 12v antenna booster power cable to? My android player radio reception sucked. Will buy that booster next week.

I connected it to the ACC cable going into the player. That was, it only turns on when I turn the key to ACC. Its normally the red cable. Three cables for power is Red (ACC), Yellow (Batt) and Black (Negative)

TC, i have so many questions haha. but i really need your guide on how to wire tap for the fm booster. i installed android player. signal not that bad but not that good either. wanna try using fm booster and see hoe it goes. dunno which wire to tap

FM Booster - 2 wires, 1 to ground (just connect it to the metal part of the body), 1 more for the positive power (tap it to the Acc wire) However, I have used FM Booster before and its not really useful. It boost clear signal, but if you are in a rather poor signal area, it gets worst. I don't recommend using FM Booster.

Mine is a Proton R3 carpet. Got it from R3 motorsport division of Proton. The original mat that came with the car was a black coil mat which over the years have seen better days.

if its the factory camera, then you will need new wiring. I heard of converters but I have not had a chance to work with those. If your existing camera is aftermarket, chances are you can re-use the existing wiring

Hi TC, i have managed to change my stock radio unit to Android player 10.0. But the radio is weaker than the original and the GPS wont work. Do you have any suggestion? Appreciate your reply, Thanks

I have never had any good experience with aftermarket radio receptions. What I did was download an app to stream radio and go from there. GPS won't work, check if the GPS antenna is plugged in correctly and also what app are you using. I used Google Maps and Waze, seems to be good. What version is your Android player? Android 8 or 9?

i don't mind selling but gotta let you know first that the player is working fine except the radio reception for this unit is really bad and the screen brightness is stuck at maximum. Cannot reduce the brightness which can be annoying to use at night.

Even after so many years, still got people butthurt on the fact that Mitsubishi gave Proton the rights to produce Inspira based on the Lancer 08.
