Did you have to buy a different wiring harness or is that the one that came with the stereo? I had the comfort of finding out my touch screen only came with a harness with one plug . It also had no interface for steering wheel control. What am i going to have to get to make my steering wheel controls communicate with my stereo?

1. How does the unit work in regards to glare from the sun during daylight? 2. Can you "bypass" the system to play videos while driving? 3. Can you "bypass" the system to set navigation "on the fly" while driving? 4. How bright is the unit during nighttime driving? (is the brightness low enough to not distract / mess up your night vision while driving)?

Glare is fine, hasn't been an issue. I haven't experimented with anything yet as far as bypassing. Unit brightness can be adjusted, also dims when headlights are on.

Hey devin, just curious if you ever had any issues with your phone disconnecting from this head unit about 5-10seconds after connecting? It worked great for a year or so but now it can't hold a bluetooth connection for more than 10 seconds. Curious if anyone else has experienced this or come up with a solution, thanks!

Hello, I just installed my backup camera on my Evo and it works fine, but when I put I'd pack into park or drive the screen goes fuzzy for like 10sec than it goes to the Android UI. I wasn't too sure where to connect the extra wire on the video cable that goes to the backup camera itself so I connected it to the red power cable for the backup camera. is that connected properly?

@@Traetz the 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer GT come with a built in amplifier under the driver seat My amplifier was blown that is the reason why I wasn't getting any sound had to remove the amp and it was a b**** to get out had to remove the driver seat. Also fuse kept shorting out. Instead of a 5 I put a 10 fuse that helped with my problem. Once done well Werth it .. hope that this helps ..
