Inspire Inclusion: Women in Leadership

Drawing from the theme of IWD 2024 (“inspire inclusion”), this short film was created by FES India with the aim of including more women in leadership positions in India. The short film documents the aspirations of women across the country by interviewing them. The reasons for a low female labour force participation rate are also documented by speaking to economists and gender experts. The film also creates awareness for policy makers on the high aspirations the youth (particularly women) have in India which need to be met.
