Sir Payment of Bonus ki 21k ki limit ko increase karna chahiye as Delhi and most of the cities mai Skilled Graduate Workers ki minimum Gross salary 21k - 23k ke beech aa gyi hai iss time jiski wajah se hame bonus nhi mil pa rha please help us to increase this limit to atleast 25k as we do not getting any other benefits other than this 21k - 23k gross salary.

Deepti, Basic & DA is the part of Salary structure, it can be 40-50% of Total Salary, but it cannot be less than Minimum wage of the State.

Sir G But some organizations are assuming that maximum component of gross salary is like employees gross/ctc salary all other allowance include. But as per govt gross salary component is only Basic + DA is not more then 21000/-. So please advise us. Thanks

I have joined the company on February 2020 aur mujhe October (Durga Puja) mein 8 months ka bonus mila tha ab mera us company mein total working 1 year and 4 months hai till date.. Maine kuch din pehle company chhodi hai due to time issues toh sir Last bonus se count karun toh mujhe 8 months hue toh kya mujhe Company chhodne pe 8 months ka bonus milega.. Am I eligible? What does the law says and what legal remedy I have if the company denies the payment of bonus..

Agar aapki Basic salary 21000 se zyada hai to aap legally bonus ke liye eligible nahi ho, company 21000 we zyada walon ko bhi bonus deti hain aur is case ko ex-gratia kehte hain, but iske liye company legally bound nahi hogi.

Respected Sir, I Manjunatha Swamy D.C. resident of Davanagere Tq & Dist, Karnataka state requesting you to consider my request letter of salary which I worked for BESCOM, Bangalore department (Office of the Assistant Engineer(Elec,.), Harapanahalli Sub-division, Davanagere District) on contract basis as Data Analyst from September-2014 to May-2016. In which I get salary up to December-2015 only. After January-2016 to May-2016 (04 months) I haven’t paid any salary from BESCOM, Bangalore till today (04 months attendance slips attached for your kind perusal). Since 06 (six) years I requesting concerned officials, MD, Bescom, Bangalore, Chief Minister of Karnataka, Home Minister, Energy Minister, Labour Minister, Chief secretary to Karnataka Government. Above said officials doesn’t have courtesy to reply my mails that sent to them.Please this letter as my humble request to sanction my salary from BESCOM, Bangalore or concerned authorities.
