Hi, for the price difference personally I don't think it's worth going with the Ace, the larger sensor size in the Ace Pro is worth the difference if you do a lot of low light to night recording as I do. I'm going to assume that you're a novice to action cameras so I'll start there... First, find out exactly where and how you are going to use this camera, most times this alone will trim down your choices. The top 3 cameras meaning DJI, GoPro and Ace Pro are all good cameras with their strengths and weaknesses and prices are pretty much the same among them give or take a few bucks.... Second, assess your own skills when it comes to how well you can work with post videos/photos, meaning do you have any color grading/correction skills, do you have the software to do those things and how patient are you to do post edits. We see tons of videos out there saying this or that camera is crap etc. Don't listen to them and the ones who had one bad experience doesn't make the camera a bad camera. I've sold cameras for over 20 years, MOST problems are user errors and ALL cameras have their problems, there is no such thing as the perfect device, it doesn't exist. You'll hear jargons like '10 bit' from many reviewers and because this camera doesn't have this that it's a terrible camera, that makes me laugh, don't listen to them because the average user has no clue what 10 bit is and even if they do, they wouldn't know how to utilize that feature anyways. Too many reviewers out there try to 'advise' when they shouldn't. It's how THEY use it and what THEY think a camera should be, everyone uses their camera differently like everything else in this world, cars, appliances etc etc. Watch lots of videos, there's literally hundreds of them with all the brands and do some critical thinking on your own. Sometimes the camera with the most advance features isn't what some need, some just need to turn it on, record it and get good results right out of the camera without having to muck around with it. This is where the Ace Pro in my honest opinion comes in. It just does a good job right out of the camera, it's not the best quality in certain areas (but really marginal differences) but as an overall camera in terms of quality, user experience, it's at the top of my list. Hope this helps ;)

@@SprayJoD__77 wow, that's a huge difference, here in Canada it's only about $165 difference. There are quite a few differences between the two. If that's too much I would consider the DJI action 4 because of the bigger sensor for low light, not sure what your price is on that one.
