Sometimes the gimbal arm is getting into the picture frame. Can someone assist? Do I need to reset and re-calibrate the gimbal?

Most of the time I use the default camera because when I use the app to film , the video quality could be bad (mainly in low light) would be great if you can fix that in a next update of the software guys

Hello @IIjanyII , thank you for your feedback! Regarding your situation, are you saying that there is a significant difference in color and quality between shooting with the app and shooting directly with the original camera? If so, this may be due to the original camera's color grading or multi-frame synthesis algorithm. However, the permissions the mobile system gives to the App can only call the camera interface provided by the system, which results in inconsistent color performance between the original camera and the App. For instance, the original camera presents two layers of color grading and multi-frame synthesis, but when our App pulls the interface permissions, we can only pull one layer, so the color is skewed. We have already fed back to the corresponding R&D team in hopes of providing a better user experience. For further issues or suggestions for optimization, please feel free to contact service@insta360.com.
