Hi , I want to know if it can connect bluetooth to mobile phone to use app to edit video clips?

When you connect the go 3 to your phone it uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. But Bluetooth is only used for initial communication where is Wi-Fi is used for the heavy data transfer.
