When batch exporting, there are different parameters to select (Bitrate selection is either High (Recommended) or Extremely High. There is no selection for choosing the bitrate by number. Also the AI Effects Remove Grain is an option with Batch Exporting while it is not when exporting a single file. Is that everyone's experience? When selecting a single video, the file sizes are roughly double if you max out the quality settings

Hi so I want to get the 360 3x but I’m still on a iPhone 7+ so I either have to get a new iPhone or a iPad or a Mac book air but the last one is a bit pricy but if the Studio app is that much better for editing I’ll have to consider it. What about exporting a tiny planet, or reverse tiny planet, segment, from the Studio App. Can't get it to work. If I'm in 360 mode, using the mouse to produce the effect on screen, Export simply produces the usual flat 16:9 image. And if I switch to Edit module, there's no 360 option (or indeed other FOV options in the menu on the right). Any ideas?

Why are all the automated things only available on the phone. I don't want to buy a new phone just because of a couple of videos. I have a powerful computer, but for some reason the Studio version has to do everything manually. And options like Sky swap don't exist at all. I love that you update and improve, but some things are so ridiculously poorly thought out :(

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please tell us if all the 360-degree files lack Auto mode or if only some of them lack it? Auto mode is only available for 360-degree videos with LRV files. The 360-degree videos of 4k50fps、4K60fps、3k100fps don't generate LRV files, so Auto mode doesn't show when you open them through Insta360 App. There are some prerequisites for mobile devices to use Auto mode: * iPhone： Please use iPhone8 or above * Android： Please use Android phones with RAM＞4G If mobile devices don't satisfy the prerequisites above, the Auto mode won't show. In other words, after you export as 360 footage using studio/app, you need to open it in a video editing software that supports preview 360 footage（Studio/Insta360 app/Adobe Premiere Pro ,etc.）in order to slide and view it in 360 degrees.

Therefore, when focusing on one point and enlarging it, if you export it as Flat video, the resolution is reducing. Please try to export it as 360 video to see if the resolution will be higher. Need Advice: When my 360 is recording in Loop Mode (20 Min Intervals) the SD Card (128GB) runs out of space. Even though the Loop Mode is supposed to prevent this from happening. I've even attempted to shorten the intervals to 10 min clips. Same thing. Basically, I have to empty the files on the SD Card before recording again. If anyone else out there has experienced this and found a 'fix' (other than having to erase over and over) please advise. Thank u.

Hi there, sorry for the issue caused. If there's no enough storage for a 20 min or 10 min file size, the Loop Mode will not be able to start. May I know what was the size of your free storage when this issue occurred? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
