Just came back from my vacation in Cyprus where I could film turtles under water with my X3 and Invisible Dive case. Even though you get some light glare artifacts and the sky appears pinkish in some circumstances, it’s still a lot of fun to use. Thanks for that, Insta team!

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Updated firmware, in dive mode, but the q button will not start and stop recording. It just brings up presets. the options for which case I'm using does not come up. I have both cases.

If you had the previous dive case and when you enable dive case mode it automatically selects 2022 and doesn't prompt you select one like in this video, go to settings then dive case and change the dive case to 2023.

I was told by Insta360 Support that the Invisible Selfie Stick should NOT be used under water. Please confirm that warranty is still valid on the Invisible Selfie Stick after being used in water.

Is not possible to use the dive case without removing the lens protectors? lens protectors have glue, so if you put it on and off several times, they are not going to work and I am not willing to buy lens protectors continually in order to protect X3 camera when I am not using it underwater.

Is there a "quick start record" option in the dive mode for X3?? As I see, once in Dive mode it keeps on for some minutes and then the camara shut dows normaly, when I want to record It doesn't start recording with the Q button like the old "Quick on" in X2. Instead, I have to power on again the camara and then press the Q button to start recording. It would be great to have that Quick on function again!
