Hi, I didn't understand well the use of the Power Bank in this video. I thought it was connected to the mains to recharge the X4's batteries, with the Power Bank I don't understand what it means, convenient if you're out, but isn't it easier to connect it to the mains?

So the power bank doesn’t have any power it self. So with me, I travel a lot so it’s better to use the power bank. Even in my car I don’t get the output the battery bank provides. :) does that help?

What powerbank capacity do you recommend, which one are you using? do you prefer this mobile charging rig to just plugging a cable directly into the X4 while shooting, completely eliminating the need for charging boxes/hubs?

@@TappedOutTravel I'm still trying to figure out the usefulness of the charging box/hub though since we can charge the Insta 360 directly without having to fiddle with the battery door & even while shooting. Could you tell me exactly when the charging box comes handy?

"Why does my Insta360 X4 turn on while charging when the device is off? I'm tired of it turning on and staying on for 3 minutes before shutting off again. This keeps happening, even though I turned on the charging option for when the device is off. Can someone please help me with this issue?"

Because the camera is awful. Its made to turn on for those who plug it into their computer to copy over files. Although, I have not played around with it outside of that. I use the external charger to charge.
