Great video! I’m an X3 user that recently upgraded to the X4 and am pleased with the updates and image quality. Now we wait for the updated 1 Inch! 8k on the 1inch might be a stretch, but anything’s possible!

Lol .. I saw your title and just before clicking on your video thought ..It's just two 4k sensors..and the very first thing you say on the video!😂 😂😂😂

It's still impressive the amount of processing taking place on the fly and judging by the way it heats up when recording 8K there's a lot going on

My one dislike with the mobile aspect of Insta360 devices is that the footage has to be on Quick Reader for access outside of the camera on Apple mobile devices. They do not support any flash drives nor SD card readers. Found that out when I finally decided to use my ipad.

I pick up one of those Quick card reader for my One RS, I use I with my mobile phone and iPad

That's interesting, I haven't tried to use a flash drive or external ssd, I see how it could be useful

@@teckinmylifebyeuanhenry1353 the quick reader is a $30+ USD accessory to purchase. Which is extra cost if you already have a SD card reader that works on the device already BUT not for Insta360 usage. That decision is a let down for me on a otherwise decent product line.

I have yet to get into insta. I just spend $$$ on my R5 so its my video of choice for now as well as my cellphone on the DJI Osmos 6.
