I want to take a video of parachutists jumping out of a big plane. The challenge is,that it is dark inside and really bright outside. The goal is to film them walking out and jumping. Could you suggest me a good setting ?

It's like walking from inside a dark room of a house into the garden. I probably would set the exposure to automatic (or -0.3 or -0.7 EV). But when jumping out you will of course have the issue that the image will look overexposed the first 1-2 seconds.

So you said 5.7 K 30 FPS is best for low light or can you do 60 frames with 5.7 K in low light. I plan to try my camera soon while snowboarding. I’m gonna try it at night to see how it looks.

I have an issue on insta 360 Mobile app I can't preview the video on the app with high quality and the screen shot is poor quality but when i export video it's clear and good

266 / 5.000 I bought an insta X4 because it was praised everywhere for its quality. But I'm very disappointed because the image quality is not good - image noise and blurry! And this not in low-light situation, but on a cloudy day, Bought directly from the insta store and I hope I can return it without any problems - see trust pilot .
