Hi there, thanks for contacting us. It's hard to draw a conclusion before testing because it will depend on the surrounding temperature, the shooting mode, and the frequency you use. GO 2's temperature will naturally increase after a long time recording or downloading files. The camera will return to a normal temperature shortly after the recording stops. Note: the back of the camera is made of metal for the purpose of heat dissipation, therefore it is recommended to hold the side of the camera body.

Hi there, The battery capacity of GO 2 is 210mAh, and in theory, the maximum run time of fully-charged GO 2 alone outside the Charge Case, that is, the total run time of multiple videos is 20 minutes for the PRO video. Please follow the below steps: 1. Please select the Timelapse video mode and choose 0.5 seconds as the interval. Record a video in an indoor environment to see what's the maximum run time when GO 2 is fully charged. 2. If the duration of the video is equal to or near one and a half minutes, then the battery life is normal. If not, please contact us via email at service@insta360.com directly. Thank you!

I wanted to love this camera, but unfortunately, I hate it. I always encounter problems when trying to connect it to the app, and the connection frequently fails. It's almost impossible to share videos, and I've never been able to transfer any videos from the camera to my computer because it doesn't recognize the device. It's a terrible experience, and I don't enjoy using it at all 😞

You really need to tell potential buyers that the app only works if your phone has 5ghz wifi. Without it you cannot connect to the camera or even activate it. This information is never noted in any review nor is it mentioned in your spec sheet, etc. I only found out about after seeking support help. Seriously WTH? I may end up returning mine because there is no way to easily monitor the camera without upgrading my iPhone. Seriously?

@@insta360tutorials the same happened with me. The BT connection works well, but then I couldn't connect via wifi... only then I saw complaints that the camera works only with 5ghz, making 2.4ghz wifi phones unpairable. This should have been a major disclaimer. In your page details, you talk about "BLE 5.0" but no Wi-Fi info... The major disclaimer you make is on the 64-bit system... Is there a solution already? Don't get me wrong, I really love this camera, but it is frustrating recording things "blindly" and only being able to edit videos at home on my pc...

Might be to late but allow the insta 360 app access to your local network on the settings app

For the case reset the camera by holding the button down for 7 seconds and do the same with the case by holding the white button for 7 seconds if this doesn’t work do it for 20 seconds on both buttons
