I’m an avid Instacart shopper and love it so far. I had really good day that day too. My daily goal is $150 most I hit it or make more. Some days I don’t. It is what it is. This is definitely one of the most realistic videos as well. Stay grinding. Stay safe y’all. On multiple orders definitely grab more carts and bags then needed.

A tip for multiple orders- use multiple bags and color code. Person A = black bag, person B =blue bag, etc. if you run out of space in the bags buy some stickers to color code items with. You seem like you got it down but separating in the cart that way can get mixed up, and you could get another low rating!

I find it funny that Instacart lets their customers dock stars for something that’s not the shoppers fault. Why would a customer get mad for something that isn’t in stock and totally not the shoppers fault. They should change that in my opinion

I live in South Florida and I made $201.72 (5 batches) Christmas Eve, I think with access to batches it's all about speed more than ratings like at that time I had like a 4.70 because I got 3 one star ratings for items not being in stock

During the 2 week holiday break it's always busy from sun up to sun down. For the last 2 weeks Instacart was full of batches at all times of the day. It was so busy alot of orders were having crazy peak boost for like 5 items. I always try to do Costco because most of the time it pays crazy money for nothing. I made 130 dollars in 4 hours one weekend

The place where I live, gas cost about $2.25 Per Gallons. The shops was like $7 and delivery was $5. Is it because of gas cost in California or busy traffic part of the city. Your salary per order was double what would be in my area (City)

Im shocked that you got your 5 stars back, ive pleaded with customer support, with no luck, I even had one guy call me saying he would take my 3 4 star rating off, I was so happy, but it never happened. Im actually afraid to do any orders because I don't want one more 4 star, they were due to store not having items, the customers think because its on the app that its in the store, I wish that was true. One rep told me if there is not items available to tell customer that you can do it in a couple days when its available, haven't tried it but Im going to. 3 stars= 4.93 and now Bad batches. So unfair. Also im getting Thank You cards and see how that works. Any way, love Your videos.

Do people ‘tag team’? For example, Walmart...a friend does the shopping & checkout...then someone else delivers. You could be shopping while they deliver & drive back to Walmart. Or is that against the rules?

It is technically against their policy to bring anyone along. Becareful.

The person who has the account must deliver it and as for shopping that persons phone must be used to do the shopping so technically you could take that persons phone and debit card and do the work. At random times the app will ask you to take a photo of yourself to prove its really you. If your going to tag team co shopping makes more sense where you split the items in half. Say there's 50 items you each get 25 and meet up. If your co shopper isn't part of instacart you might want to keep it on the downlow it is against instacart policy and can you deactivated.

Whos card do you use to buy the items in the store? Do you use your own and get reimbursed?

No. Instacart will give you a payment card, It is like a credit card and you have to always bring it whenever you accept a batch. Now, if you forgot your card, you can use your own personal card and request reimbursement through the app. You have to take a picture of the receipt as a proof that you've used your own card for that transaction.

Instacart is trash 🗑 . Don’t do it if you just have digital card. Not worth it to do in big states like texas Montana or Alaska. You drive 50-100 miles for less then $100 a day realistically… you’re lucky if you don’t get tip bait. Don’t listen to these gurus. I’m writing this as I only made $42 for rest of day…
