Thank you for this. I'm at my ends wit. I have been lean and athletic all my adult life. Getting In the best shape ever at 45 years old. Then I got in perimenopause. I gained 2 pounds and stayed there for a year. No biggie. Then inflammation and water weight came on with a fury. I went up 8 pounds in a week. I tried carnivore, paleo and extended fasting ( 48 hours was my recird). I do IF, chug water. Walk 15k steps a day, lift heavy 3 to 4 times a week, cut alcohol completely, do breathing exercises and I keep on getting bigger. I was very scared of semaglutides but now I'm more scared of becoming obese. I have 12 lbs to lose. I'm doing this

I can attest from my experience there has been a huge decrease in my alcohol consumption. Like i was having an issue w/ it. I’ve been alcohol free for weeks now and before id drink like 4-5/ week 😢 It’s been an amazing side effect

I did a 5 month clinical trial on semiglutide. It was a pill I took every day. I had a lot of side effects and basically couldn't eat much. Also, what you said about habits is true. I didn't crave alcohol, shopping or gambling ( things I like to do 😁) Now, I am out of the trial and trying/ hoping to maintain my weight. But good and everything else has come back!!

I started in June with the baby dose and just last week changed from 2.5 to 5. I was trying to see if the minimum worked but i 15:16 have only lost 5 pounds since June, never get sick, I exercise 5 times a week I do weights 4 days and 1 day cardio. But I’m ready to see a bigger weight lost with the increase on dosis. Taking terzipetide. Take lots of protein and eat very well, always made my food and meal prep. I have been a little frustrated because I haven’t seen much weight lost, I want to weight at least 12 to 15 pounds. Thank you for your videos.

@KarliSine it went okay he's starting me out at .25ml then go up to .5 ect. So my system doesn't go in shock over it,I noticed I small amount of fullness but I still get hungry, but if I do eat to much I get sick and do get some cramping in my abdomen all over off and on but again nothing major so far

I started a week ago today was my second does at 10 units very small does am still hongry but I get some headaches and when I eat suger sometimes my ribs hurt a little but I know am on a small does but my question is should I be worried becuse I still feel hungry and have no other symptoms ? What does are you on? (20units is not a dose). If you tell me the strength of your med in the vial, i can calculate it for you (mg/ml or mg/unit). It should be 0.25-2mg/week.

There’s no video appointment. The form is sent to a doctor for assessment, once he approves your health history, the medication is sent to the pharmacy and it’s shipped to you in about a week!

Have you considered asking your doctor for metformin? Costs wise, it's probably a lot easier than these medications and will help control your insulin resistance. Make sure if it causes loose stools to ask for extended release. I spent years on the regular and it led to a misdiagnosis of IBS-D, But nope it was just normal metformin. There's some new research that says pairing. These medications with metformin can improve outcomes as well, For those of us with insulin resistance

I COMPLETELY understand! I have been on compounded Semaglutide for 13 weeks and have only lost 15 lbs. I am also following a low carb (20-30) diet. I am not pleased with the minimal loss. I lost more from my first vial starting at 10 units and lower dose than the second vial at 80 units now. I actually think I may have received a non-potetent vial. I haven't lost any more. weight in a month.
