I'd like to see an ultimate 1 player in the future. Due to the 1up space constraints, I envision it could feature: GRS/Thunderstick Discs of Tron push/pull spinner as the spinner; a trackball; a flightstick for AfterBurner/Space Harrier/Mad Planets; a 4/8way switching joystick (magstick+ or a new one that features the new GRS gateswitcher). I'd also like to see a more premium offering that includes Ultimarc 360 (afaict, it can handle almost any joystick game via pc software). The 360 supposedly is gateless, can behave as digital or analog. It can apparently be used for weird games like Ikari Warriors if I read correctly. A panel for this brand, along w/happ or iL might need to be a little thicker due to their bases compared to standard Japanese or generic sticks. The panel could be sold separately w/the knowledge a user could add any Western style stick as well.

I have a pandora 18s and Simpson 1 up. So there’s only 2 buttons in the Simpsons arcade layout (A and B) for up to four players. Also the connection to the existing monitor isn’t made via hdmi. Any way to make this work or tips on how to go about it? Thanks

Looking into getting one of these kits for an original 1UP MK2 cab. Main question is: the monitor probably still needs a power source. Can the original plug that comes with the cab be used just for the monitor? And if that's the case, how do you turn the monitor on/off now that the power switch is just for the Pandora? Thanks!

the lcd will sleep when the pandora is off. Kit comes with a splitter for power.

I just installed one and my screen is upside down. Is there a way to flip it? I installed the screen correctly on the machine

If installing into a vertical cabinet you will physically have to rotate the screen. Takes 5 minutes we got a video on it if you cannot figure it out

I'm trying to install additional speakers that will power on and off when I turn the arcade 1 up machine on. I was told in order to do that I have to split into the oem motherboard but I dont know where that oem mother board is. Based on your video I'm assuming the oem mother board is under the control deck where you plugged the left and right speakers in. Am I correct?
