@@Colt_121 Not sure I like the idea of blow by all underneath the truck. Not to mention the vapors and oil drip. And I’ve heard too many say they have problems when taking em off. I’d like to remove it but not sure if it’s worth it.

@jasoncox2132 I've had mine off for 2 years and I don't get any oil drip nor do I smell vapors. Get a smeding diesel kit with the internal catch can. It prevents oil drip and keeps it in the valve cover. And I'd rather have all that vent to the atmosphere rather than have that oil eat my turbo seals and fill my intercooler up. Not to mention if you have the serviceable design, it's prone to decinigrate and/or cause a lot of backpressure if not changed on time. I took mine out and it had all this buildup in the valve cover. I wish I did it sooner

I use alcohol instead of silicone. Had a couple of boots blow off due to the silicone not going away. Alcohol evaporates and lets the rubber mate up to the other syrface pretty well.

Word to the wise , I have a 2021 250. The dipstick bracket does not fit you will need to cut off some of your stock bracket to be able to bolt your dipstick on the intake. Also, he does not state it here but you WILL need to use the supplied ORing for the MAF sensor, the stock O ring is too small it will leak tons of air if you use it.

Near the end of the video it looks like the gasket is out of place on the EGR inlet to the intake. Is that true or are there multiple bolt holes in the gasket?

Good eye - it's not out of place, but rather the gasket has a little extra tab. That excess is just part of the OEM manufacturing process - their tooling holds onto the gasket at that point to be able to crimp the sides to shape.

On the trucks we've tested the fuel mileage gain has ranged from 0.5 to 1.5 - we don't like to market an exact number because how each individual truck is set up changes how it'll respond to our system. The stock truck in this video gained 1 mpg (plus lower egts, better turbo response, etc). We don't have any videos right now of us driving it, but we do have tow-test data (EGTs and fuel economy) before and after on the 21 F250 in this video. If we did a video, what exactly would you like to see?

@@pusherintakes I guess it might just be me but it would be cool to see it in action (turbo noise, spool time comparrison, live EGT monitoring over stock, in bay temps with the new pipes, Live MPG data freeway and city driving) for me at least a thorough in depth video of the product and its functions allways sells me and maybe others, plus it could be a cool vid to add to the channel. thats all personal preference but thanks for answering my comments an questions

Just an FYI I have a 24 HO and my turbo coolant lines run over 1/3 of the intake, had to remove the fuel filter housing and come out from the drivers side

This is not compatible with the stock 2011-2014 dual-inlet turbo. In 2015 Ford changed the stock turbo to a single inlet, and raised the pedestal up higher. Owners with 11-14 models who choose to upgrade their turbo to a 2015+ turbocharger / pedestal are able to use this system.

I have an 18 f350, and it’s deleted and tuned. I have EGR block off plates installed and i have an S&B open air filter, could i use this intake system with the air intake, or would you recommend getting your other intake system?

It's really up to you; flow gains are very similar between the two. However, our race intake system (for off-road use) isn't compatible with your S&B, whereas this new system is. A lot of our customers for the race system chose to sell their S&B and run our included cold air, but if that's not for you we'd recommend this new system.

Do you have the factory turbo on your 2013? If so, we have the cold and hot side charge tubes for stock 2011-14s. However, if you have an aftermarket turbo on your truck we also have a race / off-road intake system available; that part number would depend on which aftermarket turbo you're running.

The only components that may be Chinese would be hardware (nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc). All of our major components (steel, aluminum, clamps - also engineering, fabrication and support) are USA, and our heavy-duty silicone couplers are made in Mexico. And while we're proud to say Made in the USA, please keep in mind that being made in another country does not inherently make a product a bad choice - being made for cheap does. We take pride in our material sourcing and choices and it's reflected in our product pricing.

Upgrading the cold and hot side charge tubes are a must. I would also recommend a disaster prevention kit, although installing one is super easy once our intake system is on so it doesn't necessarily need to be done at the same time. It takes about 10 minutes to remove our turbo inlet which gives you enough access to work on the back of the CP4.

This system is SEMA 49-state certified, CARB pending. So unless you're in California in the meantime, no worries about that.
