Step by Step instructions, continued from Video Description 20. Repeat step 19 until you finish adding all Google Accounts (if >1 Account), otherwise return to “Files” and move onto step 21 21. Install APKs from 02 to 07 22. Goto Settings --- Users & accounts --- Personal --- Google 23. Click on each of your account(s) and turn on “Sync Contacts”, then “SYNC NOW” 24. Return to home screen, uninstall “mircoG Settings” 25. Goto “Files”, install “08_GPS v19.2.apk” 26. Kill time here, it takes about 30 secs - Google Play Store is ready, once ready you will expect endless error notifications a. Goto Settings --- Users & accounts --- Personal --- Google, you will notice account(s) can be synced successfully b. Return home, kill the background tasks and kill time 27. Once you hear error notifications or no notifications after 1min, go ahead and open “Play Store”, you may need to click “Retry” multiple times to clear the “DF-DFERH-01” error. If the error repeats, you will need to review my upcoming video guide for how to clear it (link TBD) 28. Search and install “Device ID” (published by VTechSevi) 29. Open “Device ID”, you should see the GSF# has been generated (this is actually the root cause of Play Protect Notifications issue), GSF is a random#, string starts with 1st digit as number then follows by a letter after “d“ as the 2nd digit will have a higher success rate for not receiving error notifications even you are keeping Google Play Service update to date. Some people may take shortcuts by muting the error notifications or blocking the internet access for Play Service yet I am not a big fan of doing that, prefer fixing it permanently although that may take much much much longer time and reworks. 30. Goto Settings --- Apps & services --- Apps, search “Google Play Services”, “FORCE STOP” until the button turns grey and not bouncing back blue, then “UNINSTALL” 31. Goto “Files” and install “09_GPS v19.4.apk” 32. Goto Settings --- Apps & services --- Apps, search “Google Services Framework”, --- click 4 docks on the top right corner then click “Google Services Framework“. 33. *** IMPORTANT: read before action. MUST follow exactly the steps here, cannot have any other actions and MUST follow the sequence*** “FORCE STOP” until the button turns grey and not bouncing back blue, then click “Storage” --- “CLEAR CACHE” --- “CLEAR DATA“ then Restart you device immediately *** to be continued... ***

I can now do it except Play Protect Registration. When I put the GSF ID, it says value registered but it actually didn’t get registered in Play Store. I am happily using now but in my Play Store shows that device is not registered. Note that, once I got error notifications after 2 days. No problem right now but concern is my play store is still unregistered. Cons of this process, in my opinion, After completing successful installation of play store we can't add or change gmail ID. If could, would be much helpful and permanent solution. Hope you will find a solution for this too. Thank you so much.

It worked for me on the first try, thank you! The guide is really long and sometimes it seems like it never ends! I followed everything step by step without ever skipping any part of the guide and it worked perfectly! In the end I had Google Services without notifications but thanks to a guide I found in the comments I managed to disable Google Service Framework and notifications started working like a miracle! PS. Not all Google apps or apps that use Google Services work but there are very few. Thanks again for your work! My Huawei P50 PRO (JAD-AL50) with Harmony 3 native.

Supposedly the fix is to downgrade the "Backup and Install" application from another video. It involves some basic command line experience in Windows. I was able to perform the command line, but it fails when trying to install "Legacy.apk." Can't explain that one.

yes, the prob is due to a combination of device version and current operation system version, but nevertheless Matepad Pro required a different method which I am still working on it.

yes, every little detail in the video matter. your issue is very common when the processing steps are mis-match. Follow the video steps and give another try, should be good.

I had it working first try, had maps open and whatsapp etc, tried to open wallet and it didn't like it, then afterwards it wouldn't open anything and was saying its not play protected/certified. Until now there is no solution for this device uncertified play protect and some apps that not worked well as mostly GMS sideload to Harmony OS using Google Service Framework Android 10,meanwhile Harmony OS 3 based on Android 12 this cause unsynchronized between GSF and Play Service cause some apps not running well.if you update Play Service it will directly come pop up this device uncertified by play Protect

this is using MicroG =), install apps via App Gallery instead of Play Store where possible, pinned your apps at the background. This is the workaround

use one of thr solutions here whichever works for your device to fix this error. Note: solution 3 and 4 fits 90% of devices, but do not expect you can fix the error in one shot. re-do multiple times maybe necessary.

i think you are referring to the original method where some device can not use the latest method in this video. the CMD lines is in the video. Let me know if below is what you are looking for 9. yes, you can choose the mod in MicroG, but this is not recommended. If MircoG is picking Nexus 6P, that works better for you.

If I update the Play service (as in your video), within 1-2 days the Google errors appear again and I can start all over again. If I don't update, a lot of things related to Google don't work. The phone asks for the Play service update, but I don't dare to update it. However, many things are not unusable.

thats correct, and you will need to delete all google related apps before following the latest video guide. After the play protect is fixed, do not update the play services anymore until there is bettet solution, and you can reinstall all the apps.

seamless updating to HM 3.0 as long as your GMS is properly functioning in HM2.0. Yet, any apps required gmap may not function.

Mate 50 series no need to rebrand, it naturally supports GMS. Change your App Gallery to region Malaysia, search and install an app called Lighthouse, then you can sign in your google account like MicroG
