Install ROS2 desktop using the pixi package manager (2x speed)

This is a quick video on how to install ROS2 in a pixi project.
The video is sped up 2 times, and we make use of a cache for the downloaded files. So this will be slower the first time you run it, depending on your internet speed.

And run 'pixi run start' in that folder.
