Thank you very much for your interesting video. I have a question: I have already the frames which are normally included in the kit. Is it possible to buy only the CD with the key number?

Hi, The Kit is sold as a complete set, and it will include the hoops too. So, it is not possible to purchase the activation code on it's own. The hoops are sold separately - as in the case where you have already purchased them, because after purchasing the kit, customers often want spare hoops to make hooping up and embroidery a faster process. Thankyou so much for this. I've followed your instructions successfully to instal the upgrade but I can't find the new designs on my machine. Is there something else I need to do? Your advice would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Lynda - good to hear! When you purchase the Upgrade kit - there should be a CD inside the kit. All of the extra designs are on there, so you will need to copy them onto a USB stick to use on your machine. If you need the designs - please pop me a mail at [e-mail] and I can arrange it for you. Hi, You need to put the Software Update file that you download from the brother website as per the video onto the USB stick - the stick goes into the machine and you have to follow the instructions in the video before powering your machine on.
