I found a way to mount the buckle without that adapter extension!’ Just use one of the back holes that are used to mount the seats! Thanks for the tip on the other side of the seatbelt!

I just ordered these seats and waiting for them to ship. This is the only video I could find that shows how to use the stock seatbelt and the hardware needed. I called PRP Seats and the customer service guy suggested I buy a lap belt 🤣 I contacted my sales guy and he said there is a bracket that is needed. Thanks for the video and the install. I always seem to have to go to the hardware store when doing an install. Thanks again

MSTrishRN yes I am in the same boat. I want the cage but want it all at the same time. So I will wait since I was able to make this work. My favorite part of the PRP seats are they are 100% custom. It’s such a cool and comfortable addition.

Check out the Smitybuilt cage,, I installed mine, GREAT QUALITY, GREAT FIT, half the price of Rock hard,, and it’s powder coated and comes with new pads

Tim Ritchie I’ll have to look at it. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of with smittybilt is it’s usually a thinner metal. I’ll take a look at it though to see what I think. I’ve definitely got some work to do over this summer.

One more question about the levers to recline. I don't see any way to order driver and passenger seats, so can you attach the reclining lever to either side (making it either your driver or passenger when you do)?

I honestly didn’t even look at that to be honest. I do know that I have recline options on both. I’m sure if you’re ordering just one you can specify what you’ll need.

Yes you can run them with stock seatbelts. As seen in this video. It’s easier with a roll cage however.

Do the buckle brackets (link above) come as a pair (left and right). That is what I would assume, but the link only shows one.

Those seats look so comfortable! Definitely adding those to my list. How much taller do they sit? I'm 6'4" so head room is a concern for sure.

Maybeeeee an inch 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s not substantial but it is higher. I have a shade top underneath my hardtop and I’m still not hitting that with a hat on. I hope that helps you because these things are AMAZING.

Thanks so much for the video - had the exact same question on how to make these seats work with the stock belts. Can you still fold down your rear seat? And how did you address the passenger seat airbag sensor?

Kyle Clements so it actually increases the room in the back seat so yes it will allow you to fold the seats down. I’ve just ignored the light.
