That white portion of the box slides off the black box. They really went out of their way to make it like an iPhone package. Thanx for the vid. Just got mine today, and will be installing over the weekend.

For some reason I couldn’t get the outer sleeve to slide off. Lol. Sometimes you gotta be assertive

Does the lock have batteries?

The last along time. I still have I needed to replace the batteries in the handle itself. I have however had to replace the batteries once in the key fobs
