Installation - Prevail Shower Door

I have this particular door system and after only 3 years, the bottom of the doors leak where it meets the two pieces at the bottom of the panel. Doors have been properly maintained.

I just installed a Sterling Deluxe sliding shower door 5976-48S The door are 23 3/4” wide but the inside door panel is 24 1/8 wide in the middle? How can that be? Can you send me another inside panel?

Do not buy this brand. Worst system ever. Doors are impossible to hang. If you tighten the rollers, they don't lock into the rails...POS
