Those look really good on your ski. You can really see the difference when you went on your wife's ski. I may need to pick up a set.. I prefer the stability than sliding around. I hope they sponsor you. 😄

You left sponsons at factory, or set rivas all the way down. Just bought a pair as final mod for my ex. Maxed it out with all mods Stage 1 Steering system Top loader intake Ride plate Now sponsons... Ski is closesg thing you can get, power to weight as one of thef 00`s 2 strokes, the way I have it set up with modes. Stage 1 really woke it up out of the hole, as well as top end. - What position will I need to leave them in to still slide and have fun... Or those days are over

You’re supposed to use a bead of silicone or any kind of sealant before fitting the billet base plates.

Jun, Did the sponsons give you better stability in the rough water/chop? I have the same ski and I find when I have my wife on it, it leans to the left when I'm getting on plane but then it straightens out. I hope the sponosns that I ordered help the side to side stability.

@@karlbury2692 It is a great ski but I just sold it to a mate and ordered a new GP1800R HO. The EX is fine on your own but a but challenging with someone on the back unless they are reasonably light, I never got the sponsons in the end but I am sure they will improve in the chop. I do miss the plyfulness of the EX though and good value

I just bought a 2022 exr deluxe with the full riva set up. The sponsons make such a big difference. So much less fatigue as well. I will still whip them off occasionally though to play. It’s impossible to do a Hamilton turn with them on and sometimes you just wanna have a little less control.
