I've had these parts for some time but I knew it would be a challenge to remove and put the bumper back on without some help. I finally was able to coordinate with Kevin and Alvin (fellow Tacoma owners) to help me out. Both of them installed their winches so they had some more exposure on the concepts of install than I did. It saved a lot of time this way. I'm truly appreciative to have friends like this. thanks. I had to tweak it after the bumper install though. I haven't had time to talk about the changes. trying it once is always good but very challenging.
