Man I've tried to do the same steps and my grille still won't pop out. I may try again, hopefully I can get it...

Every car is going to be slightly different. A good rule of thumb that I use is to remove anything that you can visually see holding it on, give it a good “jiggle“, and see what else is holding it there. Then just repeat until she’s out. Best of luck.

Can I install grille and light without removing fog light ?
@AlphaX132 жыл бұрын
I suppose you could depending on which fog lights you already have. If you have lower grill fog lights then absolutely, but if you have mid grill fog lights clearance issues may come into play.

Hey guys kinda late to the video but does the rtr lights require the backbone part for it to fit thanks guys
@AlphaX13Ай бұрын
From what I can remember, it should be a plug and play as far as fitment and installation of the lights themselves. You shouldn't need anything else.

Anyone knows where to find replacement for those lights? FOr the 2013-14 Version. They are not the same as the years after. Or a higher powered version, perhaps a crystal clear one?

So what wire does the yellow and brown connect to on the headlight wires
@AlphaX132 жыл бұрын
Had to go out and check but for the driver side there’s a blue green wire on the turn signal to tap into, on the passenger side there’s a yellow purple wire to tap into. I guess I forgot to show that part in the video, sorry.

When I turn my left blinker on they both do the yellow blinking. When I turn my right blinker on the left one flashes white. when I have no blinker on only the right light flashes yellow. What could’ve I done wrong?
@AlphaX13 Жыл бұрын
Did you test the wires and lights of the RTR grille before installing, similarly to how I did in this video? If you’ve done that and everything worked accordingly, it’s most likely that you tapped into the wrong wires. You can take a paper clip and test the pins to the headlight connectors to verify it’s the correct wire.

where do you have your positive and negative wires going ?
@AlphaX13 Жыл бұрын
In the video around 4 minutes in I point out which 2 wires to use for positive and negative.

yo where did you get the hood mate, saw it only on supersnake shalby but couldnt get where to buy it, ofc i would first need a mustang but still would be lovely to know at least the name of the hood. saw a lot of similar ones like amerihood ram air but its not the same
@AlphaX132 жыл бұрын
This hood is from BMC. As far as their carbon fiber hoods, it’s been a good experience. But with fiberglass, it’s another story.

How have they held up? Debating to get the ebay ones or the RTR ones but the RTR doesn't have the LED.
@AlphaX132 жыл бұрын
The eBay ones are still holding strong and plenty bright. Haven’t had any issues with it!

Nice car! Quick question will it fit a 2010 mustang since it has same body style?
@AlphaX132 жыл бұрын
Thank you! If your 2010 has the 13-14 front end conversion, then yes it will work. Otherwise, the front end is slightly different and it wont line up. I've made a video of me doing that conversion and I show all the parts needed. Specially in that video I was doing a GT500 front end swap, but its the same process.
