I have a question about methanol injection, rotors of supercharger must by anodized to prevent corrosion is the inside of case anodized as well l? How about intake and head ports? From my research it's usually water absorbed by methanol forming some acid that is doing all the harm so is there some fuel aditive that could make it possible to run standard raw aluminium rotors in supercharger with methanol injection?

You are correct Methanol is very corrosive so the supercharger is hard anodised on the inside and also we run a few additive to make it less corrosive it’s a top end loop also when we have finished with the Monster Truck we always run it out of Fuel so no Methanol is left in the engine or fuel lines

Do you have specs of the engine bore, stroke, rod length, deck height, bore spacing? Did you import it from USA or is it second hand from some hot rodder in UK or Sweden?

It’s a Dart M Pro block tall deck. 4.50 bore, 4.50 stroke with Dart Pro2 heads we import parts from USA
