I am not mechanically inclined but watching this channel has been an education. Never realized what it took to do some of these mods. You both seem to take pride in what you do, deservedly so. Keep them coming!

You guys are the best. I have absolutely no mechanical ability at all, but I have learned so much from your channel. You guys are really doing us a great service in showing us what is involved with these projects and repairs. I can see where the time and money goes. I won’t become a mechanic watching these episodes, but like watching This Old House I now have a working knowledge of repairs and mods should be done properly. Thanks guys. Please keep them coming. 14:11

Thank you so much! That is our whole goal with this channel, to show people how these cars are put together and to demonstrate how to properly modify them. Thanks so much for your support!

HUGE 2nd on the glass cleaner!! I thought I was the only one to use it for fitting tight hoses! When it is wet it acts like a lube and it dries clean like he said. I didn't even think about it sealing anything up, I simply use it as the best lube for installing & removing silicon boost hoses.

Great tutorial! His hood was probably loose from trying to get a zo6 front bumper to fit on his base model c6. Just so the audience knows it’s a vortech supercharger from A&A. Pro charger is a separate brand although similar style. I got almost 200 whp off my A&A kit. Great system and setup. Thanks for making a great video!

This is the cleanest install video for this kit I’ve seen on KZbin by far! You guys are so talented. Did you guys ever get to the tune shop and find out how much horsepower it made? Is the car a manual or an automatic?

I’m on the fence with a lot of things with my 2011 C6. 45,550 miles on the clock. CAI/Borla Atak/TSP longtubes… possible 93 tune but don’t know. Owe only $6500 left on the car then paid for. I really want a second vette down the road in probably a C7 GS in an auto. The C6 is manual. Do I beef up the C6 with a heads n cam next winter after the car is paid for to maybe be at 600 HP 🤷♂️ or sell the C6 and put a nice chunk down on a C7 GS or just keep the C6. Make her a mini monster and get a GS down the road 🤷♂️. I’m all over the place!!!

@@Hanson586 we always say 2 is better than 1! If it were us, we would keep the C6 as the fun car and then get a C7 down the road and keep it stock as a nice cruiser. Reliability typically takes the back seat once you get into a lot of modifications so it's nice to have a stock or just slightly modified car that you know you'll always be able to get into and it'll start everytime without issue. Thank you very much for your comment, we hope you stick around!

How much did the labor for this costed? Planning on supercharging mine soon
@AntiksGarage8 ай бұрын
We do not get too involved in the rates, but you are more than welcome to call the shop and speak with the owner Craig at 847-949-8388. Every shop is a little different and every car is a little different, however, we make sure our installs for those are just about the cleanest you can get.

A&A utilizes a vortech supercharger not a procharger. Procharger is just a brand on centrifugal supercharger.
@AntiksGarage6 ай бұрын
That's correct, this is why in the description we have it listed as a Vortech Centrifugal Supercharger. It's more of a semantics thing like Frisbee or Kleenex. It's common to hear a Centrifugal being referred to as a Procharger despite Procharger being a brand but we're saying the same thing.
