Bought the same intake from ryan a few months ago absolutely love it. I'm running a huge pwk21mm flatslide carb and I've got no clearance issues with my pedals. He even threw some swag in with my order which is always a big plus. But performance wise I will never ever go back to a stock intake or bing. Everyone told me 21mm would be to big for the airsal 72cc big fin but it's not and I almost feel like it could go bigger but I'm definitely not a guru or even a good tuner for that matter but my little puch does 55mph and that's sure as hell fast enough for me. Well atleast for now.

Great video man! I am rocking an 70cc airsal with a 12 mm bored out to 15mm bing carb. It’s running great but I think it has much more potential. What do you recommend for a bigger carb and intakemanifold? And not too expensive 😆

I think 15-21mm is good. I would suggest a VM18 or Dellorto 19 PHBG. I have never had good like with bored out bings.

If you can stick to an original I think there are a lot less issues. Clone carbs often don't have removable atomizers or the Jets are a different size and hard to adjust

What jetting are you starting with your VM18 also needle setting?

The needle is stock and in the middle position. I am starting with a 78 jet and will take it for a ride and see how it feels.
