This has been super helpful. Thank you. I have a Tmotor F7 Pacer FC and i assumed the main logo would be the top and the exposed chips with arrow was the bottom. Yeah i was wrong! Spent ages trying to fix it and ultimately flipped the FC back over. What i had failed to do was re-calibrate the gyro. This video pointed that out and now i can check the motors and i should be all good. Thank you so much for this video. It's actually better than Bardwells FC upside down video. Massive thumbs up and a new sub my dude.

So far you've helped me set up my tx16s and now helped me figure how to setup my new quad I'm building when it's finished. The frame doesn't allow me to mount the flight controller right side up so I haven't put it together yet. Guess we know what I'll be doing now. You've got a great way of keeping things simple but still explaining them fully. Thanks Steve for the great videos

We had to flip our flight controller but we also had to spin it (so that the USB lined up - we are putting an ELRS AIO in a nanohawk x) so a problem we ran into is the motor direction was wrong. So its important to make sure the MOTOR direction is correct. I watched this video but we couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, but since we rotated the board off forward, the motors were spinning backwards on two sides.

Props will open you up like a can of tuna. Every prop hit on your body will look like a grand smile of bloody flesh, and if you're lucky there will only be one. Take them off for benchwork.

Thanks for this! Tiny Trainer V2's new frame will not work with the recommended FC for the v1 TT (Goku) which as usb facing downward.

If only the FC was upside down but the esc is upright..would it cause the same issue with the motor numbers? I need to set up my FC facing down as i got some space issue in my stack..

I will mount a flight controller upside down Now I gave 180 degree on roll axis this is ok. Now if I want to change the yaw axis with inverted placement then should I give the value of the direction in which I want to change or should I give the opposite value?
