I've listed below the items I used to create the autofill system shown at 5:56 in the order they are connected and attached to the 1/2" drip irrigation tubing. Prior to these adapters/connections, you can use traditional drip tubing, fittings, elbows, and hose bibb connectors to get the drip line to your fountain. 🌲1/2" Drip Irrigation PVC Adapter Barb: amzn.to/3zoEVd1 🌲Reducing Coupling: www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-2-in-x-1-4-in-FIP-Brass-Reducing-Coupling-Fitting-802169/300096759 🌲Compression Adapter: www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-4-in-OD-Compression-x-1-4-in-MIP-Brass-Adapter-Fitting-801079/207176793 🌲Poly Tube: www.homedepot.com/p/UDP-1-4-in-O-D-x-0-170-in-I-D-x-25-ft-Natural-Polyethylene-Tubing-T16007001/304185139 🌲Poly Elbow: www.homedepot.com/p/John-Guest-1-4-in-O-D-Push-To-Connect-x-1-4-in-MIP-90-Polypropylene-Elbow-Adapter-Fitting-PP480822WHD/328116557 🌲Hudson Valve: amzn.to/3zmpimo *Note, I purchased my hudson valve many years ago and I've linked one that appears similar. You may need to purchase a hudson valve that fits the space you have available in your fountain cavity. That may require different sized fittings depending on the hudson valve connection size. Adjust as may be necessary for your fountain. I spent 30 or so minutes looking around at pieces at Home Depot and "assembling" in store before leaving. If you're having trouble, it may also be helpful to take the hudson valve and a piece of drip tubing into Home Depot and get assistance from a staff person to complete everything between to connect the two pieces - just note that the PVC adapter barb is likely not at Home Depot and will likely have to be ordered online as a specialty part first. The items listed above are also not the only way to convert down to the size needed for the hudson valve, and you can get creative with pieces as may be needed. This is simply the combination that I found worked for me with the least amount of pieces that would take up the least amount of space in my fountain cavity. There's not necessarily a wrong or right way as long as it doesn't leak and works for you.

Love it there. I would like to recommend some blue pond tint and algaecide. Neither one hurts plants nor animals and it keeps the work load down since it has direct sun. It is available at Lowes and is inexpensive and lasts a long time.
