Quick question, If the interface differs in the fact that there is no option to edit I assume this is a permission issue? We had one get zapped by lightning. We just swapped it out for a new one and I'm stuck with the set up process. I've tried the KT-Finder application but it just freezes and then says abnormal operation and closes. Any advice would be appreciated.

I used the installer account for the first question and then I closed all entrapass applications and services.

I did just this and cannot broadcast to device. It just continually says failed.

Hello. if broadcasts do not work it means that the communication port is being blocked somewhere. It uses port 18802 in TCP. Unfortunately, we cannot do any troubleshooting on this channel. If you require any help troubleshooting this, please contact technical support at 888-222-1560
