Hi, I am from the UK (so will be difficult to call you) we are running ENTRAPASS GLOBAL EDITION version 6.05.38 on Windows 10 we have an issue I am able to install the application fine no issues but when trying to login the application using non privilege (not administrator) AD account the application will freeze after I enter username and password (not responding) when a launch the application with privilege (administrator) AD user the application will login and work fine BUT in Windows 7 the application works fine do non privilege and privilege user. Is there anything you know I have to change in setting or config when installing in Windows 10?

you do need local admin right to access and use this system / there are some setting to be done with files and folders to be able to use the software without admin right.

@@Talk2support Hi thanks for your reply I managed to get it up and running I right clocked icon and ran the application in compatiblly mode (Window 7 option) and this has fixed the issue now we need to test. I have your details now I will WhatsApp if I run into issues thank you for your help

Hello @Talk2support I installed Entrapass Special Edition on client’s computer through Local admin. The install process was successful. But when I click on Kantech icon on the computer’s desktop then an error appeared “Startup error: Missing configuration data you must reset your computer”. I restarted the computer and opened the Kantech again but I got the same error. Can you help me to fix this error? Thank you!

+Jimmy Puin Good day to you Jimmy,to use KT-315 controller you need a compatible KT-315 entrapass license. // Follow-up with your Kantech vendor about that.Correct part number should be- E-SPE-DVD315- E-COR-DVD315- E-GLO-315-LICor a Kantech KIT with -LA at the end.
