Great to see Aaron in a CEE shirt. Great Aussie channel with Kurtis, Karen and safety officer Homey Bigbalz.

The size of some the cylinders and other parts that he rebuilds from scratch is remarkable. He will just use the ends of the cylinders and replace everything else. Pistons, rods, eyes and barrels. Says he can remake these parts for half the cost of new and usually upgrade them in the process.

For me learning about CEE (Australia), and a convert ever since, was actually someone who commented about Kurtis on DP's channel when Mike, a year or so back was turning down a bush in the lathe when changing them out on the older 850. Great Channels and why we all similarly follow DP, CEE, C&C, Capt. K, J-Paydirt, Dirt Boss, Diesel Creek, Lets Dig etc. etc.....

Glad that Jenna wasn't injured in her accident in January. Hope that it's just a bad memory now. It was nice to see you and Aaron back in the shop and that it has been tidied/reorganized. Good work in repairing the 120 without having any major problems. Also it was interesting to see Aaron's T-shirt from CEE. Kurtis at CEE does amazing work repairing & rebuilding parts from huge excavation equipment. His KZbin channel is another of my favorites - I have several but DP's is #1.

So glad Miss Jenna did not get hurt! There's nothing like a clean professional shop with almost everything in its place and readily accessible. Oftentimes we try and make do fitting more than we need into a confined working area instead of having known equations measurements to build the shop as needed. To mitigate the Loss of floor space I will sometimes add a shelf to the wall without any legs being used. That way I can store things that I do not use everyday but have them accessible. If I know that I might need extra space working on a project requiring more for space I will use chains mounted to the shelf and the wall. It comes in handy if I need to stick a car in where a floor mounted cabinet would just take up the space. Congratulations on your improvements and thank you bunches

At end of video yesterday I remembered seeing/hearing something odd. Watched vid again next day to be sure. At minute 34:30 while Aaron was using impact to bolt down sprocket he reminded me of a woodpecker a few fries short of a happy meal. Sounded eerily similar to a woodpecker trying to build a house in the side of an aluminium building! Gave me a good chuckle! Tell him thanks😉.

I know it doesn't apply to you, but it may to some of your viewers: OSHA has what they call; VSSR's (Violation of a Specific Safety Rule). One of those rules applies to wooden handled tools. They need to be inspected on a routine schedule, the head must not be loose on the handle, the handle must be free of; splits-cracks-breaks. Here's the real rub, besides the OSHA fine: if an employee is injured by the hammer, they have the right to sue the owner personally. They still have all the rights afforded by Workers Compensation, but because the injury was a VSSR, they also have remedies outside of Workers Comp. So, just say'n, it's a good idea for all of us to check our wooden handled tools on a routine basis. Great video and absolutely love the banter! Thanks Mike and Aaron! Lee PS: It is a GREAT comment generator, too!

All the “ Oils, and stuff that can be burned” I would put in a waist oil burner for heat in the shop. 1) you don’t need to hall it off and pay a disposal fee. 2) you will have heating for the winter 🥶. Just saying! And yes the shop is looking great. Thumbs up 👍
