Can steels be put on thermo blocks ??

I live in Heaton Chapel and had Guardian Structural do a knock through. Sadly they put the wrong RSJ weight in. Could I get a quote please to make it good. Guardian Structural are on checkatrade etc...Im a pensioner and feel like I've had cowboys in!

Great job as always mate. Personal preference but I would encourage the homeowner to sink the steels in to the ceiling (not have a bulkhead) it’s a cleaner look and the room looks bigger.
