Good video, I'm self taught as well, one way or another we figure it out...😅 motor is on the way for my 2.7 twin turbo F150 .....First time doing a newer Ford, I'm a gm guy at heart...lol

Doing the factory tahoe cebter console and power and heated seats swap. Also swaping complete doors fro power window locks and power mirrors. If youd want to help trouble shoot wiring to look factory thatd be helpful. Forgot to mention converting 2004 chevy cateye base model single cab to an option truck

LOL I just did a video on that same connector as I needed to tap into power as well. Its a great little spot.

@@StationroadRatrods well what is funny is that I heard you can find the connector as you did on the passenger side but I couldn't find any information on that. So it was nice to see as per GM in their ways of re-using connectors everywhere that it was there and could be reused.

Man that dash looks pretty! I wonder if the connector being hooked backwards was back-feeding power somewhere and that's why the ignition was staying on?
