Just a suggestion for the next air system you install, those pvc elbows turn tight, which will block air flow. Use a "sweep elbow", which has a more gentle curve, which does not slow the air down as much.

Just as a note for you, red on blue is a very very hard combination to parse for text. If you design those signs I would add a white outline to any of the smaller red text against a blue background so people can read it easily.

Agreed, you should always work with the contrasting color. For blue that'd be yellow for example.

Tip from a native Tucsonan...paint the PVC pipe. The Arizona sun browns the PVC and makes the plastic bittle after a few years

Put a car wash sign in front of the water tank on the roof so it doesn't look dodgy.

What are your thoughts about installing a tire inflator there to help customers check and fill their air ? Does it make sense in such a shop setup or no ? Just an idea. Good job with the air dryer !

Might want to get you a uv cover for that tote on the roof. Will stop any future algae, and look nicer. They make specifically for that purpose and sized for the totes.

They sale a liquid call mulche glue, you can glue the rocks down, may work

The self serve car wash that I go to has these air dryers and they are a game changer for sure it sure beats drying my vehicle with a towel. I bet it was kids messing with the rocks from what I can tell kids would put rocks in the change machine cup and throw them around.

Should just pour concrete below coin changers. Also on the fernco (the rubber bushing between the motor and the pvc you need to put a shearband on it . It provides more stability and rigidly to the connection . If not in that sun the fernco will deteriorate.

With having such a large roof in such sunny climate have you thought of having solar panels to reduce your electricity usage from the power grid?

IMHO, it would be a big expense for little return, especially since there is only (on average) a good 5 hours of usable sunlight (on sunny days) while the carwash is a 24 hour business. And even if someone suggests batteries, the whole thing would be about $80K versus the $800/mo for electricity right now. And the carwash is a lease anyway.

Sorry, but the blue/red color scheme makes it look like a car repair or oil change place.. Although near me there is an oil change joint that does give a free car wash with every oil change.I do like the air dryers though. Nice install dude.

Excellent vlog as always, in regards to those stones, good idea but you will always get some clown/bell end do stupid things thinking it’s funny, no it’s not funny at all, I would suggest maybe using a resin base, same as they lay driveways with, it’s reasonably decorative and vandal proof, good luck and take care Sir, Mark form the U.K. 🇬🇧😀😀👍👍
