Warning ⚠️ pinion angle must be set with the car at ride height full weight on the tires.

Yes. I thought I did a good job at explaining that measuring it up in the air was pointless other than just seeing if it was even in the neighborhood

Hey Bud don't you have to check the pinion angle and adjust it when the rear end is under full weight of the car I noticed your rear end was hanging to its fullest travel.
@mylespatton28833 жыл бұрын
Cool! I'm glad you were able to use it after all.

Was your driveshaft touching in the rear??
@joe00camaross Жыл бұрын
Are you stock ride height? That thing is going to get annoying banging off the tunnel. Noisy as all heck! I took mine out and went back to OEM TQ arm until I made the best move and got a MWC fab 9 with their adjustable TQ arm. Night and day!

I went with UMI torque arm and LCAs. my car isn't lowered but eventually I did begin to leat from the front pinion seal. I think riding people in the back seat(some how) it would change that pinion angle and caused that. I'll be swapping it all out for the same brand(I'm happy with UMI) but adjustable parts to help with that angle and of course maximize planting the digs better

I like how the driveshaft safety loop is mounted that's trick

Have you had any problems with the tunnel mount bracket being gone and where you drilled a hole through the floor? Mine is bent back towards the rear of the car and has my Moser 12 bolt rear end rubbing up against my plastic fuel tank and it has rubbed a hole in it.

Did you make the traction bars yourself?
@SniderTron30003 жыл бұрын
Nope, they were on the car when I got it
@blakeayers30493 жыл бұрын
@@SniderTron3000 could we please get a better look at them? I’d love to try to fabricate a set for mine
@TheFormula3502 ай бұрын
Those “traction bars” aren’t doing much it’s more like ballast than anything else.

I WOULD OF MADE A PLATE FOR THE TOP SIDE THAT WOULD MAKE3 ME NERVES
@SniderTron30003 жыл бұрын
Not enough room for a big plate. It has 2 of the biggest washers I could fit. And for the most part as the rear end rotates, it'll push that up into the floor
@pontiacmaniac77723 жыл бұрын
Can this be done without removing the driveshaft? If I got this I’d do it in my driveway on jack stands
@Kingpolo2192 жыл бұрын
this one has a crossmember you need to install, so I mean u can still do it your driveway on jacks tho that’s easy driveshaft is just a couple bolts
