Stellar work, as always. Incentivised me to have another go at fixing the headliner in my '07 M45 (Nissan Fuga). The best scissors I've come across are made by Allex, available on Amazon.

You two are indeed the headlining act... I'll get my coat 😂 Cheers. Leigh. PS: fiddly, but we'll worth the effort! I use a heat gun (extremely carefully) to shrink the headlining for a wrinkle free finish... the Viva's new one is getting installed with the shell upside down on the spit (yep. It's back on there to finish the underside & engine bay)! The rollcage makes it 100 times worse 😂

It's an aftermarket headlining. That's why it had to be cut to shape, don't think there's any new old stock out there anymore. We prefer the black too 👌

Great job. But shouldn't it have some sound deadening under the headliner? Either anti-drum bonded to the inside of the roof panel or fibre sound deadening - or both? (asking for a friend..)😉

Oh it's a pig of a job but quite satisfying once it's in! I think it is a Vauxhall colour from a VX220 but I'll have to check with Lewis!
