Another great video. I had to watch it again. I love the shot with the cordless drill stuck in the pole in sharp focus while you work in back just out of the depth of field. Great camera work. I also have been accused of overbuilding fences and using oversized posts. It probably has something to do with hurricanes.
@DeanFamilyAcres Жыл бұрын
Always good to get more exposure to muscadines! We've added quite a few in the last two years and are finally able to enjoy our harvest! Few things of note: 1. muscadines don't require fertilizer, but certainly do better with it. 2. muscadines don't make good grapes the seeds tend to make that an issue. 3. Great use of the posts, you shouldn't have to worry about the vines over weighing them.

We bought stainless steel "dog pans" from Walmart and put upside down on top of our post. This keeps the rain from soaking into the end and rotting the post. Be sure to measure the post top first and take the tape measure with you to Walmart. I then drilled 4 holes around the rim for deck screws. We also spray painted the out-side of the pans with a dull color because we did not like the shiny surface.
